This choker is made from a double-sided base of iridescent deep red and
black velvet flocked taffeta, elegantly trimmed with a plethora of
black beaded fringe. The choker measures approx. 13 1/2" around, but
this will fit a range of sizes since the back closure is somewhat
adjustable.
