This lovely neck ruff is created on a double-sided black moiré bengaline base, and features authentic antique 100+ year old gathered black Victorian chantilly lace. The lace is so fine, it is feels like the most delicate of spiderwebs. The back closing is somewhat adjustable, but you are welcome to submit a measurement of your neck's circumference for a custom fit.
