This lovely ruff is made on a double-sided black moiré bengaline base, and features authentic antique Victorian chantilly lace gathered in it. The lace is so fine, it is almost like a delicate spiderweb! Due to the extremely limited availability of the lace, these ruffs will only be offered until the lace is gone, and the lace may vary from the one shown in the photo. The ruff measures approx. 13 1/2" around at the base (flaring out further with the lace), but this will fit a range of sizes since the back closure is somewhat adjustable.
