This two-piece Victorian inspired Jacket and Skirt ensemble, creates an extremely flattering silhouette, but is surprisingly comfortable to wear! The jacket is made from your choice of luminous, iridescent crushed silver taffeta or rich black satin. It buttons up the front with faceted black buttons lending the look of sparkling jet from bygone days, has slightly flared sleeves trimmed in lace, an arched neckline, along with a bustled back created by artful pleatwork at the sides.
The full length, Walking Skirt features matching ruffles that are gathered and draped, and then further embellished with black pleated satin ribbon. The skirt closes with a zipper and button side closure, and measures approx. 40" from waist to hem. Please include your waist measurement when ordering. You are also welcome to include a length from waist to desired lower hem for a customized fit. The skirt can be worn alone or supported underneath with a hoopskirt for added fullness.Offered in women's sizes based on chest size from 36"-41".
