Beautifully draping Demonia Blouse (below hip length) has twice-gathered and flared sleeves and is available in semi-sheer black or ivory georgette. The neckline is designed so that it can worn either on or off the shoulders depending on your mood. Size is based on chest measurement, and you may submit a measurement of the circumference of your upper arm (measured approx. halfway between elbow and shoulder) for a customized fit.
