Gothic: Dark Glamour
~ One of a Kind Black Couture Silk Starkers Corset for Kambriel
*Corset Only* This one of a kind corset was custom commissioned to
coordinate with the ethereal couture ensemble I wore for my appearance
as a featured designer at the opening of the Gothic: Dark Glamour
exhibit at the Museum at FIT in NYC. The corset was worn only at the
premiere & is still in pristine condition. The gracefully
scalloped hemline is ornamented with black ribbon roses. Lacing up the
back with sumptuous sage green satin ribbon, the corset is
fully/sturdily lined, while the outer fabric is luxurious black silk
embroidered with the softened hues of a fairytale forest.
SIZING: Actual measurements
(taken with no open space at the ample lacing in back, so you can add
up to about 6" by expanding the lacing) are: underbust approx. 29
1/2”, waist approx. 27”, & lower edge/hips
approx. 39”. The overall length is approx. 11 5/8”
down the center front busk, and approx. 13 1/2” down the
center back busk. This one of a kind corset is a stunner and will
become a treasured couture piece for any wardrobe/collection.
