This one of a kind, decadently dark & romantic necklace and
earring set is perfect for an elegant evening out... The choker length
necklace was fashioned from black beaded silvertone chain as well as
vintage handwrought black chain accented with blood red crystalline
beads, and features an antique, black filigree centerpiece with
matching jet black faceted accent crystals. The antique filigree, with
its classic Gothic Victorian into Art Nouveau lines, is reminiscent of
a stained glass window or ornate spire from a European cathedral... The
pendant is actually reversible with the crystals being open on either
side ~ in these photos the centerpiece is shown with its flatter side
up, but the "back" is ironically even prettier as it has a more rounded
curvature to the overall look ~ so beautifully detailed!
The necklace closes with a clasp at the back and the chain portion
going around the neck measures approx. 15" in circumference ~ you can
make this longer if desired by adding additional chain to the back. The
coordinating earrings are made from black bridal lace accented with
transclucent red faceted beads, and despite their dramatic length (just
over 4"), are incredibly lightweight & comfortable to wear.
