This delicate little corselet was salvaged from the inside of one of
Laura's antique Victorian items. Being over a hundred years old, the
outer blouse was in tatters, but this lightweight corselet survived in
remarkabley great condition!
The front has been embellished with lace trimming and a ribbon bow ~
all in black. It fastens with hooks and eyes in the front, the back is
solid (no lacing),
and it measures approx. 28" under the bust (top edge), the waist is
approx. 24 1/2", the lower edge is 29", and the overall length is 7
3/4".
