Cobweb approaches wearing this eye-catching skirt which has a yoke made from a wonderfully soft stretch panne velvet that is accented with hand knotted and applied strips of various tattered black and silver fabrics (also available in all-black). The skirt has an elasticized waist for comfort, measures approx. 32" long from waist to hem (yoke measures approx. 11" long).
