A unique version of our Cabaret Bustle Jacket (click the link for other views of this design) ~ this time a vision in black and red! This striped neo-Victorian bustle jacket provides an extremely flattering silhouette, while still being quite comfortable to wear. The jacket is made from wide, slightly freeform, black and red striped cotton with coordinating delicately embroidered black and red mesh trim at the lower sleeves, and v-shaped black contrast trimming on the back, adding a dramatic flair while accentuating the waist. It buttons up the front with faceted black buttons lending the look of sparkling jet from bygone days, has slightly fitted sleeves, a v-neckline, along with a bustled back created by artful pleatwork at the sides. The lower hemline is trimmed in hand-cut pointy black lace. Made for a 36" chest measurement ~ size Medium.
