This eye-catching, one of a kind skirt has a yoke made from a vibrant teal peacock crushed velvet. The yoke is accented with hundreds of hand knotted and applied strips of various tattered black, purple, bronze, green and blue fabrics calling to mind the iridescent hues of a peacock's plumage. The skirt measures approx. 34" long from waist to hem (yoke measures approx. 11" long), and has an elasticized waist which measures approx. 27" unstretched, but can stretch up to approx. 44" through the waist & hips to accommodate a range of sizes.
