This gorgeous skirt has an artistically dyed stretch yoke in various tones of light to darkest grey ~ echoing the look of a stormy sky, accented with a shimmering rainstorm of clear dyed sequins. The yoke is accented with hundreds of hand knotted and applied strips of various tattered & sparkling black and metallic silver fabrics. The skirt measures approx. 33" long from waist to hem (yoke measures approx. 10" long), and has an elasticized waist which measures approx. 26" unstretched, but can stretch up to approx. 42" through the waist & hips to accommodate a range of sizes.
