This vamped-up, knee length (see below for details on custom
shorter/longer lengths), fringed flapper dress is a sophisticated yet
festive blend of a background slinky black stretch fabric embellished
with countless jet black sequin strands which drape and shimmer with
your every move. The waist is cinched with an obi style sequined belt
which stretches to fit and easily closes in the back. You'll be
