The fantastically dramatic Theda Skirt is made from soft, flowing black or ivory georgette. This semi-sheer skirt has very full sides and a train in the back to flow elegantly behind you as you walk. The front length of the skirt from waist to hem is 38" and it has an elasticized waist.
