These bloomers are made from ultra-soft black crushed stretch velvet.
The gathered lower leg ruffles are embellished with lace trim. The
elasticized waist measures approx. 24" unstretched, and can comfortably
stretch to at least 30", the hips are approx. 38" unstretched and will
easily stretch to 44", and the overall length is approx. 31 1/2".
