This pair of pedal-pusher length striped black and white neo-Victorian
bloomers has hand-cut pointy black lace trim along the hems of the
gathered lower ruffles. They are perfect for either daywear, clubwear,
or even as cute and comfortable pajama pants! The bloomers have an
elasticized waist and an overall length from waist to lower hem of
approx. 32 1/2". Width of stripes may vary slightly. For a custom fit,
please include a waist measurement (you are also welcome to include a
lower calf circumference for the gathered portion of the legs).
