shimmering filigree organza bias flounces (solid black organza without
the swirl design is
also available upon request) which cascade like waterfalls down the
entirety
of the skirt's seams. The Waterfall skirt is made in black
from your choice of rich velvet or lush
satin. Available
in sizes S, M, or L,
custom XS or XL sizes available upon request. Size
