These stunning antique Imari presentation dishes were purchased in Japan in the 1940s (but are circa 1900) and have been well-cared for by my family ever since. They have exquisitely intricate hand painted patterns gilded with gold highlights on a multi-hued background of indigo, green, and vermillion. The design features natural and geometric motifs to highlight the changing seasons of the year with illustrations of pine, bamboo, plum or cherry blossoms. There are four matching ones available (the others shown in the stack photo, have already sold).
MEASUREMENT: 12⅛" diameter across — a nice large size for the most festive occasions and special holiday meals.
