SIZING: The skirt has a comfortable elasticized waist which measures approx. 28" unstretched & stretches up to approx. 45" to accommodate a wide range of sizes, and the overall length is approx. 35 1/2". The skirt can be worn alone or atop a petticoat/underskirt for added fullness :)
